Data Deletion Policy

SOFE is developed and operated by xVentures AI Corporation (Catalyst Studio). This page describes your rights regarding the deletion of personal data we hold about you, how to submit a deletion request, and what happens to your data after a request is processed.

Your Right to Erasure

Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations), you have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. We will honor all valid deletion requests, subject to the exceptions described below.

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Option 1 — In-App (Fastest)

  1. Open the SOFE app and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings in the navigation bar.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be queued for permanent removal.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to support@catalyststudio.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • The email address associated with your SOFE account
  • A description of the data you want deleted (or indicate "all data")

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently remove:

  • Account & profile data — name, email address, phone number, company name, profile photo, and account credentials
  • Workspace content — all documents, projects, tasks, notes, AI-generated outputs, and files you uploaded or created
  • AI interaction history — prompts, responses, and session logs tied to your account
  • Third-party account tokens — OAuth tokens for Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook/Calendar), Plaid, and any other connected integrations
  • Communication history — in-app messages and support ticket content
  • Usage & preference data — notification settings, feature preferences, and device tokens

What Data May Be Retained and Why

Some data may be retained after your deletion request to satisfy legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. The table below summarises what we may keep and for how long:

All retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Shared with Third Parties

Where we have shared your data with third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Plaid for financial account connectivity), we will notify those providers of your deletion request. However, those providers may have independent retention obligations which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Deletion of Account vs. Deletion of Specific Data

You may request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. For example, you can ask us to remove a connected integration's data while keeping your account active. Submit these targeted requests to support@catalyststudio.ai with details of what should be removed.
