How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the SOFE mobile app:

Open the SOFE app and sign in to your account.
Tap the Settings icon (bottom navigation bar or profile menu).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Review the confirmation message, then tap Confirm Delete.

Your request will be processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Alternative: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at support@catalyststudio.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your SOFE account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number, company details)
All workspace data you created or uploaded (documents, projects, tasks, notes)
AI interaction history and generated outputs within your workspace
Connected third-party account tokens (Google, Microsoft, Plaid, etc.)
Team memberships and any data you contributed to shared workspaces
Notification preferences and app settings

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after deletion to fulfill legal obligations or legitimate business purposes:

Billing records and transaction history — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
Fraud prevention and security logs — retained for up to 90 days to detect and prevent abuse.
Legal hold data — retained only if required by law, court order, or active legal proceedings.
Aggregated / anonymized analytics — data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

All retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Effect on Shared Workspaces

If you are the owner of a shared team workspace, deleting your account will also remove that workspace and all data within it. Other team members will lose access. We recommend transferring ownership or exporting any shared data before submitting your deletion request.
